“Move the way you feel, not the way you think.”
We possess in our bodies an innate intelligence for movement that defies description, but whose existence is undeniably perceptible. This intelligence is of unimaginable value if we succeed in accessing it.
Then we know how to perform every natural movement correctly. We know the right breathing rhythm for every effort, the right stretch for every tension, and so on. But also in sex, like dancing, we are able to feel completely into the body of another person. We know exactly in what way and at what time a movement may be performed. What is astonishing is that this intelligence also goes far beyond primordial physicalities: it has a great sense of aesthetics.
